🙂 Usher: Greet guests and assist them in navigating Dickey-Stephens Park, ensure that all walkways, steps, and seating areas are safe and clean throughout the event. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (in the heat) and walk up and down stairs with little-to-no issue.
🎟 Box Office/Ticket Scanners: Assist in our box office on game days with sales and organization. May also be asked to scan tickets and help fans at the gate.
💧 Kids Korner/Splash Pad Attendants: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the Kids Korner and Otey’s Splash Pad, and watch over kids of all ages making sure rules are followed at all times. Background checks for this position will be required for those 18 years of age and older.
👕 Team Store Associate: Responsible for providing an excellent customer experience in the Travelers Team Store. Some duties include running the register, assisting customers, stocking products, inventory, and cleaning and maintaining the store.
🧢 Batboy: Work under the Clubhouse Manager to set up dugouts before the game, assist in cleaning the clubhouse before and after games, and perform typical in-game equipment duties.
🐴 Mascots/Promotional Team: Assist our game day promotional team on game days. Responsibilities could include mascot handling and on-field game assistance.
The following positions are staffed by OVG Hospitality:
🔥 Cook/Kitchen Staff: Prepare food for our picnic groups and luxury suites.
👨🍳 Concessions Food Prep: Cook food in the kitchen as part of the concession stand and maintain clean environment.
🌭 Concessions Cashier: Responsible for operating a POS terminal in one of our concession stands.
🤵 Picnic Attendants: Set up picnic areas, prep food & drinks, clean and maintain group areas on our main concourse. Also will be responsible for checking on groups throughout the game, making sure all needs are met.
The Arkansas Travelers are now accepting applications to present the National Anthem at Dickey-Stephens Park for the 2023 season!
We invite all interested in performing – whether you’re a group or individual, singer or musician – to honor our country before the Travs play ball.
Those interested in performing can either perform a live rendition at the Travs Job Fair (Sat, February 25) or fill out this form, complete with a video audition.

Meet us at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce (1 Chamber Plaza, Little Rock) for the 2024 Travelers Seasonal Job Fair! Open interview sessions will be held on Thursday, February 22, from 4 to 6 PM, and on Saturday, February 24, from 9 to 11 AM. Everyone who attends will have the opportunity for a short interview for the area(s) they desire to work in.
