The Flying Squirrels (4-7) were dealt a walk-off loss against the Senators (5-5) for the second straight night.

In the bottom of the 11th, an error while attempting to advance the placed runner to third on a bunt put two runners on base against Eric Silva (Loss, 1-1) and an intentional walk loaded the bases with one out. The Flying Squirrels opened a 4-0 lead in the top of the third inning. Jimmy Glowenke bunted for a single, scoring Vaun Brown to take a 1-0 lead.

Later in the inning, Andy Thomas drove a two-out, three-run double to extend the lead to 4-0.
